The end of the series Google-Apple key to an end today. Conspicuously absent from the App Store since the release of the iPhone 5, Mountain View back on the Apple download portal with an application called Google Maps to compete with the Apple Maps application.

Previously Apple partner in the field of cartography, Google was ousted iOS 6 when the release of the iPhone 5, there are now two months. This December 13th marks the return of Google Maps in the App Store. The application twin version of Android, responds according to the director of Google Maps for Mobile, Daniel Graf, a user expectations: "People around the world ask Google Maps on the iPhone," said he in a note posted on the Google blog. It evokes a "interface to find what you're looking faster and easier." The latter provides the traditional functions of Maps, namely the search for addresses and points of interest, with user reviews, the synchronization of research and routes with other terminals. The application integrates with voice guidance road routes, public transport information and traffic in the city. Street View is also present, including now display inside more than 100,000 locations worldwide. In short, the app for iOS Maps takes every feature functionality of its Android counterpart.
