Windows Phone Has 150,000 Applications :

The Microsoft team rubs his hands, announcing this year-end figures rather impressive growth in Windows Phone 8. Todd Brix, the head of the Windows Phone team at Microsoft has announced that the store dedicated to mobile OS had exceeded 150,000 applications.

According to figures provided by Microsoft, the number of applications available on Windows Phone 8 to have doubled during the year 2012. The Redmond giant indeed indicates that 75,000 apps were added to the download portal dedicated to its mobile, bringing the total to 150,000 applications, games and applications alike. If Microsoft follows the same path in 2013, the 200 000 applications available should no longer delay to be achieved, most users still regretting the lack of titles available on the Store.
For its part, Microsoft is doing its best to encourage developers. Their incomes have also increased by 40% in 30 days after the release of the latest SDK dedicated to WP8, and ease the development of applications for this portal is regularly highlighted by their creator. Note that with Windows 8 for tablets or computers, things evolve as the Windows Store now has more than 35,000 applications, against 10,000 at the output end of October. There are approximately 415 new applications each day, which could bring the total market of 50 000 entries available in the month of February.
