Doomlord known developer of xda-developers forum, has released version 17 of its kit "Easy Rooting Toolkit". This allows users to rooter their smartphones with the latest firmware Jelly Bean. However, for the moment, only certain models are supported. The exploit works on smartphones with locked and unlocked bootloader.

Download the Easy Rooting Toolkit.
Unzip it using WinZip or WinRAR.
Run "runme.bat"
Follow the instructions and restart your smartphone or tablet after the end of the script.
